Praba Tex Industries is one of the leading manufacturers of woven and knitting textiles for the last three decades, which is a company of local and international repute. Under the vision and unmatched leadership of the Chairman; Mr.Sumathipala Hettiarachchi the company has grown and changed its directions dramatically over past 3 decade. Being placed in a highly integrated two factory facilities in piliyandala its well rich with modern weaving plants, Die house, Sizing and Finishing plants, Embroidery facilities and Sewing facilities, having had over 400,000 sq.ft solid buildings employing over 300 employees. Apart from that, the new factory is under commissioning at Kalutara Western Province in Sri Lanka, equipped with weaving, knitting, dying, finishing and fabric printing plant in order to cater rising demand of local and international markets. The Company has invested more than 30 Million US Dollars as a capital expenditure including lands, machineries and other supportive infrastructure. PTI closely watches the market trends and develops products in both quantity and quality. We always make decisions to upgrade our facility by purchasing modern machineries from Japan and Europe textile Markets.
